According to Yadav, Yadav, and Vihara (2024), this is much more evident in hybrid workplaces than in offline work environments.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much Mihira. "That's an interesting finding from Yadav, Yadav, and Vihara (2024). Their research suggests that high-performance work systems (HPWS) can be more effective in encouraging employees to have a learning mindset when combined with a strong emotional attachment (affective commitment) to the organization, particularly in hybrid work environments."

Flexibility, teamwork, and production are enhanced by striking a balance between remote and office characteristics. To preserve cohesiveness, nevertheless, it requires strong policies and communication systems. To ensure employee well-being and organizational success, effectively managing this transformation calls for a combination of adaptation, technological integration, and compassionate leadership( Ainurrofiq, Ihsan, Amir, Muhammad,2023) .
